The Better Hostel, what an experience! The towels on my bed looked like they hadn't been washed in years, but hey, at least the location was perfect for my early morning flight!

The hostel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for those who have early morning or late night flights. It is also within walking distance to a large shopping mall with plenty of food options. the rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
Some guests have mentioned that the towels provided were not as clean as expected, with dark stains on them.

The rooms at The Better Hostel in Chiang Mai are just what I needed after a long day of exploring. They are air-conditioned and come with cable TV, so I can relax and watch my favorite shows in comfort. The satellite channels have a great selection too!
Personally, I found that the location of The Better Hostel in the Phaya Thai district of Bangkok wasn't as lively as I had hoped. However, I understand that others might still enjoy the quieter atmosphere.

I recently stayed at this hostel for 2 nights during a trip near CM airport. The staff was very accommodating and quickly resolved an issue with my initial room by upgrading me to a private room with a balcony. The hostel was impressively clean and the modern rooms were comfortable. The friendly staff provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining. The location was perfect for catching a flight, with a short 20-minute walk to the airport and a nearby shopping center for entertainment.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The Better Hostel in Chiang Mai is a lovely and modern place to stay. The location is great, close to a department store for convenience. The rooms are clean, silent at night, and have all the necessary facilities. The restroom and shower room are also clean. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. The design of the beds in the mixed dorm is clever, offering options for couples. it is a value for money stay.

I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at The Better Hostel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, with everything kept neat and tidy. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my early morning flight. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, my overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hostel to others. I had a wonderful stay at The Better Hostel.

better hostel in chiang mai was a great stay! staff gave amazing tips and upgraded our room. location was perfect and near the airport. very clean and cozy, had a comfortable bed. loved the added luxury of a hairdryer. exceeded expectations!

Always returning for romantic escape. Staff found and returned my forgotten hairbrush. This place suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, outdoor dining area, flat-screen TV. No regrets, only happy memories.

Super friendly owners and staff, convenient location near the airport, helpful with renting motorbikes, new facilities, spacious dorm beds even with single bunk beds.
Felt so well taken care of, no complaints at all.
